Residual Stock

We have recently devloped products for residual stock refinance.

With a strong understanding of the developers needs and a common sense approach to managing sales, Moshav Private Funding has developed a product to refinance a developers residual stock at the conclusion of construction facility.

Every situation is difference, however we typically will look at providing up to 65% of the Loan to Valuation("LVR") ratio in funding and look to reduce our exposure over a sensible selling schedule to achieve a holding pattern at 50% LVR. This allows the developer to realise some of their profits without needing to sell down all their stock.
