There are many financial terms that can be confusing and sometimes, misleading. We want to help break through the jargon, things should not be complicated or ambiguous. We have listed the A to Z of definitions for you.
|Application Form||The application form that accompanies an Information Memorandum.|
|Borrower||Means a borrower under a loan agreement which is the subject of a Mortgage Investment.|
|Business Day||Any day other than a Sunday, Saturday or public holiday in Sydney.|
|Deal Term||The duration that your investment deal or mortgage deal is valid.|
|Cash Account||Means the separate class of units in the Funds with rights to capital and income derived from an investment or investments made in cash management accounts or products.|
|Corporation Act||Means the Corporation Act 2001 (Cth) for the time being in force, together with the regulations.|
|Customer Identification Form||Form for verifying Identity- under Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Requirements.|
|GST||Goods and Services Tax, as defined in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).|
|GRV||Gross Realisable Value|
|Investor||A holder of units in the Funds.|
|LVR||Loan to Value Ratio|
|Mortgage Investment||Means the separate class of units issued in the Funds with rights to the capital and income derived from a specific load made to a Borrower.|
|Sophisticated Investor||Means a “sophisticated investor within the meaning of Section 761GA of the Corporations Act|
|Supplementary Information Memorandum||The document issued by us providing investors with information about a specific Mortgage Investment.|
|Wholesale Investor||Means a “wholesale investor” within the meaning of Section 761GA of the Corporations Act.|
